On May 30th, a vernissage will be held in the history of Pasticceria Cucchi to present Rifletti – Mi, the photographic exhibition by Luciano Bobba dedicated to Milan that will be open until July 28th. The exhibition immortalizes a Milan to be discovered, between emotions, sensations and sensibility of an original and expressive look.
Partner of the event is the prestigious Fratelli Branca, to whom Pasticceria Cucchi dedicates a summer cocktail list, including the exclusive BrancaMilano aperitif. A tribute to the city, synthesis of a company history that combines culture and innovative capacity, inspirations, talents and energy for more than 174 years.
That of Luciano Bobba is a Milan in the mirror, a common thread that is repeated in his works. When the artist walks through the cities of the world, he seems lost in his thoughts but in reality, as if following a silent ritual, he goes beyond appearances, approaches landscapes and palaces, envelops earth and sky and, with the reflections of advertising panels, amplifies the vision of the city scenery. In Milan he dedicates an important chapter of his diary: in the play of scenes and publicity reflected, between architectures, monuments, cathedrals and stations, symbols of solitude and consumerism, of astonishment and beauty emerge. It is the Milanese soul, full of lights and contemporary shadows.
